  • Hybrid role based out of the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City Area.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams across the SDLC to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, including flows, validations, and security settings.
  • Own Salesforce configuration and day-to-day administration; manage lead routing and territory management; ensure data integrity.

  • Collaborate with data and GTM teams to scale processes and improve seller productivity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce full-stack solutions.
  • Experience in Agentic workflows + leveraging AI to increase efficiency.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing.
  • Experience in Salesforce customization and automation (Flows, Validation rules, Approval process).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
  • Skilled in leveraging CPQ tools to optimize sales workflows and pricing models.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Experience with data cleansing and data enrichment projects.
