- Partner with stakeholder teams across the SDLC to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing.
- Experience in Salesforce customization and automation (Flows, Validation rules, Approval process).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Skilled in leveraging CPQ tools to optimize sales workflows and pricing models.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience with data cleansing and data enrichment projects.
