📋 Description

• Support pricing and deal workflows; prepare quotes and BOMs.
• Maintain CRM data across accounts, opportunities and leads.
• Liaise with Billing, Legal, Security and other teams.
• Assist on customer calls with AEs; prep for meetings.
• Create and maintain team trackers; coordinate with regional leaders.
• Ensure paperwork and processes are accurate across the sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual: English and native Japanese.
• 2+ years in sales, customer success, or account mgmt.
• Detail oriented, results driven; strong problem solving.
• Collaborative, can do attitude; cross functional advocate.
• Understand enterprise orgs and cross functional processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
