📋 Description

  • Manage entire purchasing process for daily needs and client projects
  • Collaborate with project team, sales, and leadership on purchases and delivery
  • Understand vendor pricing and availability to provide best options
  • Manage office infrastructure: supplies, access systems, facilities
  • Send client communications, attend meetings, and manage small client accounts
  • Process sales order billing for client hardware, fixed fees, and vendor billing

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years experience in sales ops or account management, incl. procurement
  • Basic understanding of MSP business
  • Experience in establishing and growing vendor relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; multi-tasking
