📋 Description

  • First line of support for our global sales team (AEs, SDRs, CSMs)
  • Triage requests, resolve issues, and escalate to senior teams
  • Maintain data integrity across our sales tech stack
  • Manage support requests across multiple time zones
  • Provide extended coverage during quarter/year-end periods

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Ops
  • Strong Salesforce experience preferred
  • Billing systems (ChargeBee or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities globally
  • Strong problem-solving and data accuracy
  • Experience creating process documentation
