📋 Description

  • Support the sales team with timely responses and problem solving.
  • Manage CRM data entry, migration, cleansing, and reporting.
  • Create dashboards and reports to inform sales decisions.
  • Liaise between Account Managers and other departments (CS, head office, eng, procurement).
  • Assist with accounts receivable and customer credit changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 2 years in customer service, sales support, or data analytics.
  • Experience at a manufacturing or distribution company.
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint.
  • Customer oriented with initiative; strong communication.
  • Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software helpful.
