📋 Description

  • Act as liaison between sales, enablement, operations, clients and vendors to ensure processes.
  • Monitor risk management compliance, including contract terms and insurance requirements.
  • Support Proposal and Rebid teams with RFP responses and client support.
  • Coordinate temporary or surge service with field operations.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate temporary, surge, and special-event service needs with operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Post-secondary degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years in admin support, operations coordination, or related roles.
  • Certificates: ability to obtain a valid PERC.
  • Language: English reading/writing/speaking required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServiceNow and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends.
