- 3+ years proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related role.
- Hands-on experience drafting and managing SOWs, proposals, or commercial documentation.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports, data, and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing interaction.
- Background in professional services, consulting, financial services, or B2B sales environments.
