🎯 Requirements
Must-haves
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
- US/AMER experience supporting multinational GTM ops.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce admin level, Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n.
Nice-to-haves
- Data visualization skills: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Automation mindset to streamline RevOps workflows.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar analytics tools.
- Scale-up experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
