📋 Description

  • Enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER via planning and process improvements.
  • Partner with AMER Sales leadership and GTM Systems & Automation to deliver insights.
  • Drive strategic planning, quotas, and territory design for the region.
  • Design and implement scalable regional reporting for sales performance.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives to ensure timely, measurable deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
  • US/AMER experience supporting multinational GTM ops.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce admin level, Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n.

Nice-to-haves

  • Data visualization skills: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Automation mindset to streamline RevOps workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar analytics tools.
  • Scale-up experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
