- High data fluency; Excel/Sheets; Tableau/Looker; SQL familiarity.
- Proven metrics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting ownership.
- Experience partnering with senior sales leaders to define strategy and forecast revenue.
- Strong problem-solving and storytelling; ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business/economics/statistics/engineering or equivalent.
