📋 Description

  • Partner with Global and Regional Agency Sales to drive growth and productivity.
  • Shape Pinterest’s global agency strategy and planning across segments.
  • Lead analysis of agency performance (revenue, forecast, deals) to identify opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and launch agency tools.
  • Build scalable reporting, tooling and cadences to monitor agency health.
  • Structure and execute cross-functional projects end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in strategy and operations in a fast-paced, analytical setting.
  • Familiarity with global media agencies and holding company structures.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards; SQL, Salesforce and Tableau a plus.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to define strategy, forecast revenue, and drive org design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics or related field.
