  • Drive annual fiscal planning for Americas region; design Go-To-Market strategy; territory analysis and quota assignments.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined sales and sales ops experience.
  • 3+ years specifically in a sales operations role.
  • Knowledge of sales coverage and compensation; supports annual planning.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, data manipulation, and BI skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Proven ability to manage regional projects and work cross functionally.
