  • Lead strategic, org and ops projects to boost revenue and efficiency for Greater China.
  • Structure projects with work plans, data gathering and analyses.
  • Translate data into insights and present recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Leverage large structured data to understand customer interactions with our offerings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Measurement, Product and Finance.
  • Proactively identify processes and systems to scale the business and improve ops.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy & operations in analytical settings (consulting/IB/tech).
  • Knowledge of sales and digital ad platforms and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated data-driven problem solving and insights.
  • Thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment; organized and detail-oriented.
  • BA/BS in quantitative major; MBA strongly considered.
  • SQL, Tableau, Salesforce exp; English fluent; Mandarin a plus.
