- 2-4+ years in SaaS Sales Ops/Strategy/FP&A with GTM exposure.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems and craft exec-ready recommendations.
- Excellent communication, engagement, and collaborative skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with Salesforce.com; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Tableau.
