  • Own monthly sales pipeline KPIs (visits, leads, opportunities, conversions)
  • Lead pipeline budget and forecast with variance analysis
  • Plan territory carve-up and GTM resource strategy
  • Implement early warning systems for churn, pipeline, pricing
  • Collaborate with Area VPs, Finance, Marketing on pipeline and growth initiatives
  • Drive capacity planning, pipeline management, and region GTM plans

🎯 Requirements

  • BS/BA required; MBA or advanced credential a plus.
  • 2-4+ years in SaaS Sales Ops/Strategy/FP&A with GTM exposure.
  • Proven ability to structure complex problems and craft exec-ready recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, engagement, and collaborative skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Tableau.
