🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in sales analytics, strategy, or demand planning.
- Experience owning or contributing to forecasting and planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and influence decisions.
- Strong cross-functional communication with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
