🎯 Requirements

  • Background: 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Ops, or Management Consulting.
  • Business Architect: vision for modern sales, conversion rates & velocity.
  • Change Management Expert: persuade sales reps to adopt new ways.
  • AI Enthusiast: interest in generative AI; experience with AI/automation tools (N8N, Make, Clay) a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: comfortable with data, KPIs, and data quality.
  • Language: Fluent in English (French is a plus).
