📋 Description

• Lead Sales & Service team to hit targets and guest experience.
• Investigate sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM.
• Coach team on product education and guest connection.
• Ensure floor coverage; implement selling initiatives store-wide.
• Build Sales & Service strategy with GM; execute with team.
• Manage budget, metrics and planning; reports to GM.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong guest experience and coaching skills.
• Budget, metrics, and sales planning experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 40 hours; opening/closing and weekends availability.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
