📋 Description

• Lead store Sales & Service to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Develop and execute Sales & Service strategy with the GM.
• Coach and develop Sales & Service team; improve guest connections.
• Manage budget, metrics, and planning (expenses, sell-thru, QBR).
• Build client relationships daily and partner with GM for strategy.
• Ensure store operations: floor/back-of-house, safety, cleanliness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; guest-centric.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment; agile.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/move throughout shift.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player; leadership mindset.
