Duties include moving on floor and back of house

Support scheduling, coaching, and maintaining store operations

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
Independent work ethic, time management, and accountability
Budgeting and data-driven decision making (expenses, sell-thru)
