Lead Sales and Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience; coach staff.
Move continuously through store to support sales and back-of-house ops.
Identify sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM.
Manage budget, metrics, and planning with GM (expenses, sell-thru).
Represent store in meetings with GM; implement store vision cross-functionally.
Build client relationships daily with customers.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years retail leadership experience.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible to open/close and weekend shifts (Blackout period).
Strong coaching and team development skills.
