- Strong guest experience and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teammates.
- Experience budgeting, reporting and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
- Willing to work opening, closing and weekend shifts.
