Sales & Retail Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Complete new item forms and item setup across retailer portals
• Communicate item setup progress to customers and brokers
• Maintain digital item setup across retailers, including Amazon
• Manage SKUs and map to new SKUs to avoid duplicates
• Coordinate with Logistics on inventory levels and order quantities for Amazon
• Pull ad hoc reports for Sales and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in sales ops, customer ops, retail, or CPG
• Experience with mass retailers, retailer portals, and customer forms/data
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Action-oriented and detail-minded; able to manage multiple timelines
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
