  • Sales Representative to win, negotiate and grow strategic art sellers in the DACH region.
  • Lead commercial discussions with galleries, dealers and artists; own a seller portfolio.
  • GMV growth, deal quality and long-term partnerships measured success.
  • Own and grow a portfolio in Germany and the DACH region; manage pipeline and forecast revenue.
  • Structure and negotiate complex deals, incl. single-seller auctions and incentives.
  • Collaborate with Art Experts on sourcing, lot selection and seller strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 5+ years in Sales/Account Management with revenue targets.
  • Proven track record growing revenue/GMV; outbound BD and pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation skills; closing complex deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic and autonomous; excellent organisation and prioritisation; data-literate.
  • Clear, structured communicator; cross-functional collaboration.
  • Based in a major German city; able to work remotely and travel within Europe.
  • CRM tools (HubSpot) and data tools (Looker Studio); Google Workspace; AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
