🎯 Requirements
- 1-3+ years of sourcer experience, ideally in-house real estate or high-growth startup.
- Proven ability to engage talent and turn passive prospects into candidates.
- Experience sourcing for sales, Real Estate Agents, or other high-volume roles.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently across multiple roles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of candidates.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
