📋 Description

  • Quality assurance and supervision: review sales calls, check files and scoring.
  • Manage competency register; onboard staff during supervision.
  • Deliver product and regulatory training; translate QA findings into coaching.
  • Build QA reporting, MI, trend analysis, and monitoring tools.
  • Maintain governance; cross‑functional support for conduct and training.
  • Role reports to COO; based in Dublin, London or remote.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in financial services.
  • Proven sales background in regulated industries; strong advisory delivery.
  • QFA holder; MCC 2017 across five categories of retail products.
  • Working knowledge of conduct regulation in at least one market.
  • Hands-on training and competence experience: maintain competency register, supervise entrants, CPD tracking.
  • Experience reviewing advised sales and regulatory compliance.
