📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end Swatch Program and Swatch Book Program.
  • Primary contact for customer swatch support; ensure accurate, timely ordering.
  • Onboard customers on the Swatch Program; explain options and best practices.
  • Maintain the swatch platform (Thoroughbred); document enhancements; escalate issues; collaborate.
  • Analyze swatch usage and adoption data to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Digital Experience, and Sales to align goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, program management, or account management.
  • Experience managing customer-facing programs or operational processes.
  • Analytical mindset with experience gathering insights from data and customer feedback.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across teams and with customers.
