🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, program management, or account management.
- Experience managing customer-facing programs or operational processes.
- Analytical mindset with experience gathering insights from data and customer feedback.
- Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication across teams and with customers.
