Exercise independent judgment to resolve order issues with cross-functional teams.
Serve as SME on order management systems and guide team members.
Analyze order workflows; identify and implement process improvements.
Lead or support training for new and existing team on systems.
Generate ad-hoc reports on order processing metrics for management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
3-5 years in sales order administration or order management.
Expertise in managing complex orders; configs, pricing, and contracts.
Proficiency in order management/ERP; Salesforce or CRM experience.
Strong analytical skills; identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and customer-focused teamwork.
