  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing lead flows, pipeline visibility, and data accuracy.
  • An analytical mindset; you love solving problems with structure, logic, and precision.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process changes.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for a high-growth SaaS environment.
