  • Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders.
  • Manage Salesforce.com to provide accurate forecasting reports.
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives.
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis for forecast accuracy.
  • Assist Marketing with planning and coordinating regional events (vendor sponsorships, invites, venue).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with GuidePoint key vendors and customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in customer service/sales support; IT industry preferred.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with a team.
