- Manage Salesforce.com to provide accurate forecasting reports.
- Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives.
- Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis for forecast accuracy.
- Assist Marketing with planning and coordinating regional events (vendor sponsorships, invites, venue).
- Develop and maintain relationships with GuidePoint key vendors and customers.
๐ฏ Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
- 3+ years in customer service/sales support; IT industry preferred.
- CRM experience required; Salesforce.com preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with a team.
