  • Use Salesforce to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Propose pricing and payment options balancing needs and policies.
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives.
  • Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and vendor resources.
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis for forecast accuracy.

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in customer service or sales support; IT field preferred.
  • CRM software experience; Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
  • Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage priorities; team player.
