- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years in customer service or sales support; IT field preferred.
- CRM software experience; Salesforce.com preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
- Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage priorities; team player.
