π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of GTM Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience managing workflows within a Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach.io preferred).
- High proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel; data accuracy.
- Strong written communication; ability to create clear, user-friendly process documentation.
- Bias toward action; ability to manage multiple execution-heavy workstreams independently.
