  • Lead execution of our Outreach.io sales engagement strategy; manage sequences, templates, and snippets.
  • Drive content governance for Outreach.io; tag assets, audit content, keep system lean.
  • Build/maintain reports to track engagement health; derive insights to improve processes and data quality.
  • Roll out platform features and operational best practices with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage day-to-day Outreach.io administration: provisioning accounts and permissions.
  • Bridge Sales and Post-Sales with capacity planning and staffing visibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of GTM Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience managing workflows within a Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach.io preferred).
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel; data accuracy.
  • Strong written communication; ability to create clear, user-friendly process documentation.
  • Bias toward action; ability to manage multiple execution-heavy workstreams independently.
