  • Serve as frontline resource for Sales, answering questions and removing blockers.
  • Support SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs with ops guidance.
  • Own reseller/VAR account setup and maintenance in Salesforce.
  • Review and approve reseller quotes against POs and ensure data accuracy.
  • Partner with RevOps to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Serve as day-to-day ops contact for SalesOps requests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Ops/RevOps supporting partner/reseller channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; cross-functional partner.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Attention to detail; validate POs/quotes; reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain sales data integrity, reporting, and metrics.
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
