  • Strong CRM and financial systems experience (HubSpot, QuickBooks, NetSuite, PandaDocs).
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and maintain data accuracy across platforms.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management or workflow automation is a plus.
