  • Partner with AMER PS Sales leadership on implementing the operational framework.
  • Lead key operational and governance cadences for the organization.
  • Support strategy development with CSG and AMER PS&E leadership, including resourcing.
  • Develop and refine standard delivery processes for global consistency.
  • Track and report on team KPIs and success metrics.
  • Support PS sales leaders from pipeline through delivery, including reviews.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4-5+ years in operations, project management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Confluent's products and services is a plus.
