- Track and report on team KPIs and success metrics.
- Support PS sales leaders from pipeline through delivery, including reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- 4-5+ years in operations, project management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Confluent's products and services is a plus.
