  • Serve as primary partner to New Business and Inside Sales; own rhythm and insights.
  • Own end-to-end forecasting for New Business and Inside Sales.
  • Lead cadence: MBRs, QBRs, weekly forecasts; surface risks.
  • Shape org by recommending headcount, quotas, and book-of-business allocation.
  • Define engagement rules across ownership, lead routing, and AE–ISR.
  • Build dashboards and automated insights using AI for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales operations in a high-growth SaaS.
  • Strong analytical/technical skills; Salesforce, SQL, and Sigma BI tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for sales insights; Claude Code.
  • Strong communication; translate analysis into executive presentations.
  • Deep SQL knowledge; Sigma and Gong a plus.
