- Experience building scalable sales processes: forecasting, pipeline, territory/account assignment, and handoffs.
- Strong CRM operations and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar): pipelines, permissions, fields, lifecycle.
- Strong track record of AI tool adoption and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Clear bilingual English and Korean communicator across cross functional teams.
