  • Run the sales ops cadence: weekly forecasting and pipeline rhythms with Sales leadership.
  • Build and maintain the weekly ops cadence and standard metrics.
  • Drive stage hygiene and clear definitions for progression.
  • Own Sales reporting with dashboards for pipeline coverage and forecast vs target.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps on definitions and auditability.
  • Ensure fast, controlled, auditable deal desk and quote processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, BizOps, or similar roles supporting B2B GTM teams.
  • Experience building scalable sales processes: forecasting, pipeline, territory/account assignment, and handoffs.
  • Strong CRM operations and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar): pipelines, permissions, fields, lifecycle.
  • Strong track record of AI tool adoption and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Clear bilingual English and Korean communicator across cross functional teams.
