- 6โ8+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Planning in B2B SaaS.
- Proven lead of annual GTM planning cycles (territories, quotas, segmentation).
- Ownership of planning processes with accountability for accuracy.
- Strong GTM levers knowledge: productivity, pipeline, capacity, coverage.
- Advanced analytics: building models, scenarios, tradeoffs.
- Experience partnering with Sales/Finance leadership and Salesforce GTM systems.
