๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead the annual GTM planning cycle (territories, quotas, coverage)
  • Own in-year rebalancing and adjustments; ensure consistency and scalability
  • Establish and evolve planning methodologies to improve decision quality
  • Own segmentation, coverage, and capacity models; align to growth strategy
  • Translate planning data into clear recommendations and tradeoffs; model scenarios
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Systems to implement outputs in Salesforce/GTM

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6โ€“8+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Planning in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven lead of annual GTM planning cycles (territories, quotas, segmentation).
  • Ownership of planning processes with accountability for accuracy.
  • Strong GTM levers knowledge: productivity, pipeline, capacity, coverage.
  • Advanced analytics: building models, scenarios, tradeoffs.
  • Experience partnering with Sales/Finance leadership and Salesforce GTM systems.
