  • Review monthly retailer forecasts; monitor risks vs internal forecasts; cross-functional with Ops & Sales.
  • Collect & analyze retailer returns data; own monthly reporting by retailer and region.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in operations, strategy, analytics, or a commercial function.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate into insights.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Sigma/Tableau/SQL a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for integrating AI tools to speed decision-making.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and performance.
