- Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable recommendations.
- Deep understanding of sales motions and revenue drivers.
- Design scalable processes balancing speed, control, and seller experience.
- High fluency in CRM platforms, BI tools, and spreadsheet modeling.
- Ability to present insights to senior leaders and influence decisions.
