- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or business ops supporting sales, marketing, or customer success.
- Proficient in Salesforce; able to build reports and analyze data; Admin cert a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Financial acumen to understand sales profitability and metrics.
- Advanced Excel; ad tech or SaaS background a plus.
