  • Build dashboards and reports tracking KPIs, pipeline, win/loss, and quotas.
  • Own admin workflows: data consolidation, reporting, and leadership docs.
  • Support management and implementation of core sales tools, including Salesforce.
  • Bridge RevOps and sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility and hygiene.
  • Assess and refine sales processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Review client contracts and IOs for accuracy and CRM entry.
  • Assist with commissions and month-end close; run SQL for costs and fees.
  • Partner on strategic projects across org design, territory changes, and rollouts.
  • Support contact list segmentation and uploads for email campaigns with data quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or business ops supporting sales, marketing, or customer success.
  • Proficient in Salesforce; able to build reports and analyze data; Admin cert a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Financial acumen to understand sales profitability and metrics.
  • Advanced Excel; ad tech or SaaS background a plus.
