🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8 years in Sales Operations or similar growth/ops roles.
  • Ability to drive change via cross-functional project management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the sales tech ecosystem.
  • Experience in Lead-to-Cash systems and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA optional.
  • Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma is a plus.
