  • Partner NAMER and LATAM Sales leaders to translate goals into operational plans.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management; lead reviews; improve accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or business analytics (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong Salesforce expertise: dashboards, reporting, and data mgmt.
  • Familiarity with forecasting/pipeline tools and Gong.
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, data modeling.
  • Experience supporting territory planning and coverage models.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leaders and influence decisions with data.
