🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in strategy, operations, and analytics for sales ops
  • Ability to drill down into funnel for outbound/inbound sales
  • Strong analytical and quantitative modeling to deliver insights
  • Proficient with core sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach) and data mgmt
  • Advanced Gsheets/Excel with BI tools (Tableau/Hex); SQL a plus
  • Strong collaborator and clear communicator across levels
