  • Partner with BD and Marketplace leadership to accelerate Roo’s growth.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize tools, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Analyze field performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support development and execution of sales and account playbooks.
  • Identify and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Drive GTM programs and operational rollouts in new markets/geographies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or related analytical/operational role.
  • Startup or early-stage SaaS experience.
  • Cross-functional partner with influence without authority.
  • Experience supporting/executing GTM strategies at regional/market level.
  • Strong metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with full customer lifecycle and recurring revenue models.
