- Strong experience building metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Familiar with the full customer lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, and success).
- Understanding of recurring revenue models and key value drivers.
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, and GSuite.
