  • Partner with Business Development and Marketplace leadership to accelerate Roo's growth.
  • Build and optimize tools, dashboards, and reporting across markets.
  • Analyze field performance and deliver insights to boost productivity.
  • Support the creation and execution of sales and account playbooks.
  • Drive GTM programs and rollouts in new markets and measure impact.
  • Identify gaps in reporting/tools/processes and drive solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops or related analytical/operational role.
  • Experience in a startup or early-stage SaaS environment.
  • Proven cross-functional partner with ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience supporting/executing GTM strategies at regional/market level.
  • Strong experience building metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiar with the full customer lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, and success).
  • Understanding of recurring revenue models and key value drivers.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, and GSuite.
