📋 Description

  • Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and core sales processes.
  • Document and optimize end-to-end sales workflows; reduce friction.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene; improve data quality and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure CRM architecture supports evolving go-to-market needs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects for system enhancements and automation.
  • Roll out new commercial tools and drive adoption with training.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or related, SaaS startup preferred.
  • RFP/RFx experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce admin/optimization expertise; Admin certification a plus.
  • Advanced SQL for data transformations and analytics.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau).
