🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, BizOps, or similar roles.
  • Experience building scalable sales processes: forecasting, pipeline, deals.
  • Strong CRM operations and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/spreadsheets.
  • Track record of lightweight governance (templates, runbooks, enablement).
  • Clear communicator who can influence across teams.
