📋 Description

  • Partner with RevOps to operationalize GTM initiatives across sales.
  • Drive programs to improve sales productivity, pipeline, and deals.
  • Serve as ops partner to Sales leadership; ensure processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Own monthly commission cycle; extract HubSpot data and calculate payouts.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot for pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare insights for weekly pipeline reviews and leadership reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations or RevOps, or analytical finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Expert HubSpot CRM administration with advanced workflows and dashboards.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, or territory planning.
  • Experience managing cross-functional operational initiatives and projects.
  • Data governance mindset and strong data quality discipline.
