  • Partner with and support sales on processes, deal desk, CRM, and daily needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy for opportunities, accounts, and contacts; support forecasting.
  • Manage Salesforce and GTM systems: data hygiene, pipeline, forecasting, tooling.
  • Primary sales ops and deal desk contact for EMEA and APAC.
  • Guide deal strategy with product pricing, packaging, and contract processes.
  • Support RFPs and security questionnaires with accurate responses.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce; reports, dashboards, and basic configuration.
  • Experience with Clari, Gong, SaaSify, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
