  • Serve as primary Sales Ops partner to the VP of BD and VP of Solutions Consulting.
  • Own capacity and resource planning, translating growth targets into headcount and investments.
  • Lead territory design, coverage, and quota frameworks aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and GTM to align plans.
  • Analyze KPIs, market signals, and competitive dynamics to surface insights.
  • Design and optimize processes and tools to boost productivity and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative/business field or equivalent.
  • 4+ years in GTM Ops, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Ops in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Territory management, quota setting, commissions, forecasting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Excel proficient.
  • Outreach.io and Gong experience preferred.
