  • Serve as primary Sales Ops partner to VP of BD and VP of Solutions Consulting, globally.
  • Own capacity planning for BD and Solutions Consulting; translate targets into headcount.
  • Lead territory design, coverage models, and quota frameworks with leadership for GTM alignment.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and GTM to align planning and execution.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs; surface insights; deliver data-backed exec recommendations.
  • Design and optimize operating processes and tools for cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/business field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years in GTM Ops, Sales Strategy/Operations, or Revenue Ops at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with territory management, quota setting, commissions, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.
  • Sales Intelligence tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Lusha.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Outreach.io and Gong; strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; strongly preferred.
